Festivals of Bhutan

 Bhutan has a very rich cultural, which is being passed from generations to generations and which has never been stained. Some of these rich cultural is displayed during the annual religious festivals called as Tshechu.
They are the spiritual initiations, collective meditations, country fair, family picnics and good fun.
These dances are mystical teachings and manifested meditational mandalas in 3D.
The people come to attend this auspicious events with their most expensive traditional attire. 








 
The festivals are held inside the fortress, temples, monasteries. Most of these festivals feature sacred dances which were established by the masters of Vajrayana  TraditioThe main goal of practicing Buddhism is to fully enlightened and there are countless ways by which to achieve this aspiration.For an individual to to simply be present and see these scared dances and experience with the right mindset and pure intention is considered an auspicious opportunity.              
  During the festivals time, normally calm monasteries are grounds are frenzied with masked monk dancers, decorated singers, scared clowns, jesting saucily with the crowds, vendors of every genre, and thousands of excited onlookers. it is an ecstatic blur of color, symbols and song. But is also time and space where old friends and families meet.
